719PRO-300G Overview

The FLUKE-719PRO-300G Pressure Calibrator is a user-friendly and multifaceted pressure calibration tool. It houses an internal pressure sensor and a unique electric pump that can achieve high pressures (up to 300 psi), enabling it to calibrate almost any pressure instrument. The FLUKE-719PRO-300G is equipped with inputs for mA, voltage, switch contacts, and an RTD probe. It also offers an optional external-pressure module, expanding its pressure calibration capabilities to include absolute and differential measurements.

719Pro Series of Calibrators

The 719Pro Electric Pressure Calibrator series is an ideal testing tool for calibrating high-accuracy transmitters, pressure switches, and gauges. It's equipped with a fully functional loop calibrator that can source, simulate, and measure mA signals, among other capabilities.

This series offers three models, each with different pressure ranges: 30 PSI, 150 PSI, and 300 PSI. These models feature a large backlit screen that simultaneously displays three parameters, enhancing the user experience.

One features of the 719Pro series is its integrated electric pump, which allows for one-handed pressure calibration. This, coupled with an easy-to-use switch test function, makes testing pressure switches a breeze.

The series also provides a precision pressure adjust vernier for straightforward and accurate pressure calibration. With an impressive accuracy and performance rate of 0.025%, it's suited for reference class transmitter calibration.

To prevent over-pressurization, the pressure calibrator pump limit can be programmed, allowing users to set target pressures for pumping. The series also offers an extended pressure measurement range when used with any of the 29 700Pxx Pressure Modules.

To reduce the risk of pump failures due to moisture and fluid damage, the 719Pro series includes pump cleanout ports. A fluid trap is also included with the unit to further mitigate the chance of fluid damage in at-risk applications.

An optional RTD probe can be added to the unit for those requiring precise temperature measurements. This comprehensive set of features makes the 719Pro Electric Pressure Calibrator series a reliable and versatile tool for any calibration tasks.
