The high tear resistance raises MTBF and reduces operator intervention, resulting in more efficient and low cost production. Due to their excellent airflow characteristics, these materials will not compromise vacuum power, optimizing aperture cleaning performance. We produce standard and custom roll configurations to maximize production requirements and improve the wiping process. SmartRolls are individually shrink wrapped in a protective static dissipative ESD safe film, with superior static control properties, allowing an unlimited shelf life.

Most MPM printers accommodate the roll with the 18"long core tube. The new MPM Accela can accommodate a "high capacity" roll that has 130 linear feet of material, and just under a 4.0" outside diameter. The UP2000, UP3000, and all of the AP models use a roll with a 3/4" inside diameter core tube and a 2.5" roll OD. The roll OD determines the amount of linear feet per roll, with most having 39'. The former SM Tech models that were integrated into the MPM line, and re-engineered as the UP12500 and more recently as the Momentum typically use the rolls with a 1.5” core ID, JNJ part numbers ending in “SM”.|Technical Info|
