The Aim-TTi TGR205x Series V2 RF signal generators combine high performance with intuitive touchscreen operation for development, test, and service applications. They deliver excellent frequency accuracy and stability, a wide output amplitude range, low phase noise, and flexible analogue and digital modulation capabilities. The 2026 V2 upgrade further improves amplitude accuracy and flatness, harmonic and spurious performance, and VSWR, while adding Option U01 for triggered and swept analogue and digital modulation.

Signal Generators with Complex Modulation Option

The TGR205x Series offers powerful sweep capabilities for fast and efficient device testing.
