Overview

The Triplett ETFB10 combines a non-contact AC voltage detector with an optical fiber tester. It supports a voltage range of 50 to 1000V AC, with high sensitivity that enables detection of low-voltage wiring (starting at 50V) commonly used in low-power systems, process controllers, garage door openers, relays, coils, and alarm devices. It also allows quick identification of optical fiber activity in single- and multimode fibers, patch cords, and ports. Additional features include a tip-mounted worklight, rear flashlight, low-battery indicator (<2.4V), and automatic power-off after 5 minutes to conserve energy
