Z+ Series power supplies are wide output range, high performance switching power supplies. The Z+ Series is power factor corrected and operates from worldwide AC voltage range continuously. Output voltage and current are continuously displayed and LED indicators show the complete operating status of the power supply. The Front Panel controls allow the user to set the output parameters, the protection levels (Over-Voltage protection, Under-Voltage protection and Foldback) and preview the settings. The rear panel includes the necessary connectors to control and monitor the power supply operation by remote analog signals or by the built-in serial communication USB and RS-232/485. LAN, GPIB and Isolated-Analog programming/monitoring are optional.

The Z+ Series power supplies series can be configured into a programmable power system of up to 31 units using the built-in USB or RS-232/RS-485 communication port in the power supply and the RS-485 linking cable provided with each power supply. In a LAN system, each power supply can be controlled using the optional LAN interface (factory installed). In an GPIB system, each power supply can be controlled using the optional GPIB interface (factory installed).

Models are available with optional front panel terminals rated at up to 60V and 24A maximum. Not available on models with over 60V output rating.

Standard models are 1/6 rack width, models with optional front panel terminals, GPIB, or Isolated Analog Interface are 1/4 rack width.
