ODP6000B Series of Probes

The ODP6000B series represents the newest generation of optically isolated voltage probes, offering exceptionally high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). Unlike conventional differential probes, which experience a rapid decline in CMRR at higher frequencies, the ODP6000B maintains strong performance across its entire bandwidth. This makes it especially effective for accurately capturing small voltage signals—such as the gate drive voltage of the upper MOSFET in a half-bridge circuit—even in environments with significant common-mode interference. By leveraging advanced optical isolation technology, the ODP6000B series provides a cost-effective solution for tackling these demanding measurement challenges.
