JACK40 is a 3.5mm 4 conductor (TRRS) audio jack. This jack can be used with either 4-Pole or 6-Pole filtered terminal blocks to be used as a RF filtered 4 conductor audio feedthrough. The jacks are mounted to both the internal and external terminal block covers and wired to the terminal blocks filters.
