Keysight's DP0030A high-voltage differential active probe excels in general-purpose differential signal measurements, essential for high-speed power assessments like those of switching power devices, DC-DC converters, class D amplifiers, automotive bus measurements, and high-speed digital system designs. As designs become more intricate and the demand for floating measurements increases, this probe facilitates floating measurements between any two points on a board and can also operate as single-ended probes with one terminal grounded.

In addition, the DP0030A probe features a BNC interface and uses a USB for power delivery to the probe. It has a physical button to achieve switchable attenuation.

DP003XA Series of Probes

The DP003xA series of probes are compatible with most of Keysight’s InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes that provide 1 megohm input terminations with the AutoProbe1 interface (DP0030A contains a BNC).
