TACFlux 025-NP is the rework flux for Sn63/Pb37, Pb-free, and high lead-bearing alloys in an air or inert gas reflow atmosphere.

TACFlux 025-NP provides excellent wetting in air or nitrogen atmospheres. The flux and flux residue are halogen-free per IEC61249-2-21.

Due to the discontinuance of the supply of a single raw material, TACFlux 025-NP was reformulated as a substitute for the previous TACFlux 025 by mixing new chemicals together, to give an equivalent chemistry and the same performance.
