2-piece latch comes with upper and lower assembly. Upper assembly has 2 flat black screws with nuts, screw holes are 15/16" apart. Lower assembly has 2 black screws (not self tapping) with washers and nuts. It has a single screw hole in the center of the assembly. Entire assembly is 2-7/32 high by 1-7/8" wide at it's widest point. Latches are designed to be used in our X-tra Roto Rugged, Super Roto and Rugged Duty Poly cases. These locks allow TSA to inspect contents of the kit. Color is black
